The family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee.

Set in a quiet neighborhood about three blocks to the Southernmost Point in the continental United States and five blocks to the popular Higgs Beach hot spot, fun will always be close by. Explore the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, and the Key West Lighthouse.

Kick off the sand, grab an ice-cold drink, and sink into the plush couch while you surf the cable channels. Toss a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer and then connect to the free WiFi to post some pictures of your beachside adventures. Head down to the beach to rent a stand-up paddleboard or maybe book a high-flying parasailing session to fly above the beach. Love the balcony
Cute place on 2nd floor. Loved the balcony. Just right for 3 adults. You share the bathroom. There’s a small pool shared among other units. Waking distance to attractions and eating. We rented scooters for 2 days to get around. I highly suggest scooters!!!!! It’s a Vacasa property, so zero interaction with Vrbo needed after booking but Vacasa had zero communication from questions I asked via the text number they gave me at checkin. So we just went with the flow and enjoyed ourselves.

This unit is very small and sparsely furnished. Cramped for 4 people. It is also up steep stairs, which I don't recall being mentioned online;this would certainly pose an issue for mobility challenged people. It is a nice walkable locale, and quiet except for the airplane noise.

Siblings weekend

This apartment is ok but not great. The porch in the photo is the nicest feature but it looks over a busy street. The living room area is so small only two people can sit down comfortably. And you can anticipate being kept awake by people partying downstairs. But the price wasn’t too high, and it was clean, though the couch is a little stained.

Easy access to everything Key West can offer! We loved it! Ours was the second floor unit. Please be aware when booking. We had no issues with this but some clients with limited mobility would be better in one of the lower units! Communication by the rental team was superb!

The place was cute and cozy with everything we needed.
We liked the property and it’s location. The beds were comfortable. It was small but that was never an issue. The only suggestion to improve would be have more hooks or bars to hang towels and clothes. Also provide coffee for the entire stay with filters. All in all a good place to stay.

This place was awesome. Very clean. Parking was super easy. 4 blocks from the southernmost point. Pool was great. We walked alomost everywhere, but did get a golf cart for a day which helped. The owner even stopped by and we bantered with him a little. I would definetley go back, possibly with a large group and rent all the properties around the pool.

Nice and easy access location but very tired and need of repair.
Check in was smooth and easy. However, property is tired and in need of repair Washing machines not working. Our unit was clean, but in need of some repair. The shower leaks on to the floor. The floor to south bedrooms definitely has a soft spot when you walk on it (rot from the shower?) Lamp shades split and peeling and one lap wasn’t working. Couch needs replacing, sinks in the middle. Kitchen stocked well, but given the tiredness of the unit didn’t want to use it. Saw a rat run across the pool area. Definitely not worth what they charge. Let the management know about my concerns, but given what I was hearing from others who were staying and having other issues, not likely to be addressed.

We had a great time! Cleanliness and cozy. Great location. Property has a pool but it’s shared with the other rental properties there. Walking distance to southern most point landmark and beaches. Duval street not far. And if your bring pets a dog park is 3 min drive right across from the public beach.

Perfect Location and Great Quiet Place
We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful property and wonderfully maintained. Perfect location, golf cart rental right up the street and we had no problem finding parking around the corner. We did send 4 messages prior to our stay via the "Contact Property Manager" button with questions and got no response. We also tried calling but could not get through which was disappointing. We wanted to know if they had any beach towels, chairs, etc. and to make sure that the pool was still open despite Covid-19 and a few other things. Just to let you know pool is open and beautiful and there are towels but no chairs or anything like that. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Getaway!
The property was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the security of knowing we were surrounded by a privacy fence. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We actually want to stay in the exact same place next time we go!

Not a great experience!!!
Had to sit outide for hours to wait on our room to be ready to get into...then wasnt allowed a late check out when it was time to leave! Washers wouldnt spin clothes so it took 4 hours to dry a small load of laundry. There is no one on site when u need help with anything, toilet was leaking all over the floor and had no one there to help us. We notified housekeeping and no one bothered to fix it! It also got really cold one night and was freezing in our room and the heat would not work! It was clean and great location but not worth the money!!
