Welcome to Underwater Cabana at the Custom House Inn! Each apartment in our five unit complex is uniquely designed and themed to ensure you have an amazing stay!

Modern, edgy and colorful, find comfort in our plush bedding and premier location in the heart of historic Duval Street.
Surrounded by vibrant food options and entertainment in a beautiful area, stay in one of newly designed suites echoing the rich history and culture of Key West.

The Space:
This calming, aquatic-themed first floor suite on Duval Street is aptly named "Underwater Cabana" and features the following:

- King size bed
- Queen size pullout couch
- Walk-in glass door shower and sliding barn door.

Inside the room you will find a flat screen cable TV, mini fridge, Kuerig coffee maker and plenty of room to spread out. Socialize with neighbors on the outdoor balcony that includes a comfy sectional sofa.

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
On the 100 block of Duval, The Custom House Inn is centralized to everything Key West.
In the heart of Duval street you can find many of locals favorite's such as: the Worlds Smallest Bar, Fogartys, Irish Kevins, Mangoes, Moondog Cafe & The Hemingway House.
Looking for a night out? Find Willy T's, Rick’s Complex and Fat Tuesday’s just steps away, but don’t worry there are pedicabs everywhere for easy transportation up and down Duval Street.
Being in the heart of everything does come with noise of Duval street, but nonetheless an easy and convenient location to experience all Key West has to offer!

Getting Around:
There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Nicely freshened up place, central to Key Largo and Islamorada. Check-in communication was a touch bumpy but we worked it out, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location/terrible response
This location was outstanding! We felt safe, very clean and modern, and it was perfect for 4, even with 2 on the pull out couch. One friend returned early and there was no power in part of the apartment. I called, sent text, message through VRBO and received no response. Once we returned later that evening, we located the breaker box ourselves and fixed the tripped breaker. Overall a great place, but the very delayed response was unacceptable

Location, location, location! My husband and I enjoyed how we were in the middle of everything Key West has to offer! We walked to most places, but Ubers were available within a minute, if needed. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the A/C provided an amazing respite from the heat. Unfortunately we did not find out about the seating area upstairs that was available for relaxing in the shade, until our last day. Due to the proximity to many bars with music, be sure to download a sleep sounds app if you go to sleep early. We would definitely recommend this location to others!

Cute, Cozy & Convenient
The room was more than I was expecting but so perfect. It was in the general location of all our favorite stops and nicely decorated with so many upgrades. I don't think I slept so good in forever. The bed and pillows were awesome! The property manager responded to our needs promptly as we had a couple of difficulties but those were our fault. The lock was a little tricky/finicky at times but manageable. My only suggestion would be to add a chair or a small table w/chairs to the "courtyard" area for some outside seating. Otherwise perfect and we will plan again.

Great stay in Key West!
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in February. Everything in the cabana was new and clean, and the location was great for seeing the sites in Key West. It was a little loud at night with live music from lots of bars in the area, but everything else about the stay was perfect.
