Nice- But Could Have Been Better
I wanted to verify prior to booking that we could do a late checkout & the property confirmed if available we would be accommodated with a small fee and have that option 24 hours before our scheduled checkout date. It was very frustrating to find out that this unit in did not in fact offer this option so we ended up booking an extra night that we couldn't use just to stay for the afternoon on our last day and not check out at the scheduled 10am time which is non-negotiable. The king size bed is so worn in you can visibly see the large dip in the center from how used it is. It's way too soft and mushy and my shoulder was sore after sleeping on it. The pillows were very comfortable though and there are plenty of pillows and extra bedding. Make sure you bring your own pool towels because they only provide bath towels but they could double serve for the pool if needed and since there's a washer & dryer in the unit you can do laundry while you're there too. The semi-private hot tub was really the highlight of our stay and makes up for the other flaws inside the unit. The pool isn't really a pool it's just a large inground hot tub. Bring your own plastic or reusable cups because they only provide glass which you can't use by the pool. Wifi was good. We used HDMI for the cable to connect my computer to the TV. Parking is limited but we brought our own bikes to get around and pulled up to unload our stuff and then parked around the block. Overall the property was lovely.

This property was even more beautiful than pictured. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean inside and out. The mattress on the bed sinks in the middle and probably needs to be replaced, as mentioned in other reviews, but overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the property. Thank you!
