“Locating the property is hard!! Got there pictures are NOT updated on line!!! Pulled around back to park and around 5 cop cars arresting a guy!!! We asked one of the cops if we / car is safe, he said he would recommend this hotle!!! But we already paid. rooms up dates but linens were stained and bathroom not cleaned good, walls and windows are paper thin hear EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! Air conditioner was so load I had to turn it off!!!! Hallway smell was so strong from pot!!!!!! DONT STAY……

“The room smelled musty when we arrived, we had to open the window. the carpet was sticky, the sheer curtains were all ripped up, the sink didn't drain all the way and the freezer was a solid ice chunk. I also complained about our sheets not changed "hair on it and still wrinkeld as being slept in. None of the ice machines worked and downstairs ladies bathroom was out of order.On the 3rd floor by the elevator it clearly smelled like urine and when told staff she said it was from baby diapers !……

“The hotel was not very clean or well kept. We paid extra for a river view and the river was covered brush and trees and we couldn’t even see the water. This is what our river view looked like. We checked out early and went elsewhere.”

“The staff was very friendly, courteous and responsive. This is an older hotel in need of being upgraded. The ceiling in the pool area, suspended ceiling, was damaged, missing panels and in poor condition. The hot tub’s bottom was covered with sand so not sure if a sand filter that was not working correctly and the jets did not function correctly. Rooms were clean but, again, dated and were “worn out”. Very disappointed as expect better from Hampton Inns and Hilton.”
