“The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.”

“Listen, this place right here...this is the place to be. I'm a big traveler and have stayed in dozens of hotels from The Ritz to La Quinta and this place topped them all - and this was my first time in Amsterdam. Absolutely unreal.
