“Sehr bequemes Doppelbett, wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer mit Kapselmaschine im Zimmer. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Shuttle von Hotel föhrt für 4 Pounds zum Flughafen alle halbe Stunde. Frühstück reichhaltig mit warmen Komponenten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in diesem Hotel.”

“Wir waren während unseres England-Trips in drei Hotels dieser Kette. Dieses hier war eines der besseren. Das Haus ist relativ neu. Es war ruhig, aber verkehrsgünstig gelegen und man hat auch von den niedrigeren Stockwerken eine Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem.”

“There was no fridge in the room and when asked from staff to place in the big fridge, they refused ”

“I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel ”
