The hotel is beautiful. Lots of lobby seating, nice bar with selection, wonderful staff! My definite go-to place in Knoxville hence forward! A premier room with balcony is also the way to go!

The property is fine but they are not honest about the cost. They charge $35 for parking. Unlike most hotels they not have a free breakfast. When you try to tip Valet they have the nerve to charge an additional fee for processing the tip. In short they nickel and dime you.this ruined the experience

Couldn’t get anyone to deliver a pizza to us called 3-4 places. The shower was the best shower in any hotel we stay. Beds were super comfy. Harold at the front desk check us in He was polite fast and friendly.

Walkable to Downtown restaurant and Theater District. Valet parking only but it was very efficient. Room was very nice. The Hotel for some reason does not provide Coffee makers in the rooms.
