Stayed for a football weekend. Great location - short walk to campus and Neyland. Also a quick walk to Market Square and Gay Street. Staff was friendly. Bar has a nice atmosphere.

Unprofessional front desk; poor parking situations
We waited more than 10 min at the front desk before an employee came to check us in. He was unprofessional. Certainly not what one would expect from a hotel that charges over $200 per night. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Parking costs $20 per night, but the garage was full. We had to wait another 10 min at the front desk for the attendant to come back to explain the alternative parking location, which is a VERY dark lot next to the hotel. We ended up finding our own parking spot along the street that was well lit and turned in our pass and got a refund. Doesn’t seem right to have to pay for parking that appeared unsafe!
