"This building needs to better maintained. There are stains on the ceiling, the shower didn’t work properly, the sofa bed pull out mattress had stains on it, I looked under the sink for something and there was a baby pacifier—not sure how long it has been there. Also, I am not sure if they provided new sheets or not for the pull out sofa-because they were just wadded up and thrown on the top shelf of the closet. The photos used in advertising are definitely stock. I am not a high maintenance hotel person, but it was apparent this place is not the cleanest and in need of maintenance and updating. "

"Room was very clean. The outdoor pool was closed for a few hrs 1 day, no fault of the resort just fixing a leak. Play ground was closed for maintenance. This wasnt communicated to us. 😒 This was disappointing to my 3 yr old grandson. "

"Room was clean. Beds not too comfy, but I am particular. I would book again. It's great for the price. Still a really nice hotel. Just remember to leave your towel tickets somewhere in the room I think if they don't find them in there it's $40 a towel. The chlorine was really good. Hopefully I will be able to go back next year. "Overall, the stay at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains was decent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for visiting the area. The property itself felt a bit dated in places. Nothing was broken or unpleasant, but it doesn’t have a particularly modern or updated feel. One thing future guests should definitely be aware of: during check-in, I was repeatedly encouraged to attend a “90-minute presentation.” Even after politely declining multiple times, the staff member continued to push and negotiate before finally backing off when I became more firm. I understand this is part of the business model, but the persistence felt uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. A simple “no thanks” should be enough. Aside from that, the stay was perfectly fine. Just be prepared to firmly decline the sales pitch if you’re not interested. Me personally, I won't be staying here again, but there is nothing "wrong" with this place other than the aggressive sales pitches and dated aesthetic. "

"We were close to our Venue and our room was very comfortable! The staff were great! We did not partake Of the breakfast but it smelled good! Only suggestion would be having charging ports on the desk and between the beds. "
