I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. “We loved the self service stations for food whenever, and the number of bars was also great. Loved the number of pools and our private one with access to bigger pool was perfect. Only bad thing was We did the Candle Light dinner, which they forgot to setup when we arrived, so had to come set it up whilst we waited watching, forgot the candles, fairy lights didn’t work etc. Food was good at least. They kindly refunded half the amount due to this which made it worth the money in the end.”
