“Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space).”

“Place was absolutely amazing!!! The only thing that caught us off guard is it was listed as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually a 2 bedroom with the living room being able to be closed in as the third . Not a big deal just was thinking it was 3 bedrooms.Other than that the place was fantastic with incredible views! Host was awesome! “Very small cabin - nothing fancy but tucked in away from the main road with nice relaxing views. I will say it was a lot smaller than expected as the listing pictures made it look a lot bigger than it actually is. The bed is only a full size, not a queen, and the shower was unbelievably small. Also, the ceiling is very low and we kept hitting our heads on the ceiling fan. There is also another cabin butt up right against the cabin, so privacy isn't the greatest. “Having a chance to stay at the Timberwolf house provides such a special way to enjoy friends and everything Colorado has to offer. Our group of ladies enjoyed all the small Specialty shops in Granby and Grand Lake. The Timberwolf House was so comfortable and cozy with all the modern amenities that anyone would love to have in their own home. “Hot tub was great. Quiet area. Lots of rules and warnings about checking in and out a few minutes early or late. Lower shower door off hinge so not usable. Downstairs bed unusable until we flipped the box spring onto the correct side. Gas stove heat source in lower bedroom did not work, found a portable heater in a closet that worked. ”

“This house is the perfect place to stay in Grand Lake. Amazing views on every level of the house. The house layout is perfect for multiple families. Tons of entertainment in the house. We were able to walk everywhere in town from the house. House was clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed. Host was friendly and very easy to communicate with.”
