“Nice, comfortable, and convenient spot to stay for our snowmobile trip. Plenty of room to park a 4 door truck and 25’ enclosed trailer. Gas and through town trail are 2 short blocks away. Rode directly from the house easily. Great location that is exactly as advertised and I don’t think can be beat for the price. Host was communicative and available. Definitely will book again if we make another trip to the area and it’s available.”

“It seems they thought of everything. The tiny house was indeed tiny, but plenty of room to unwind and relax in a secluded area.”

“Very quiet. The grounds were very nice. The owner was very pleasant. But the description of the place did not tell me that i had to climb so many steps. The room was very nice. But the shower and barhroom sink, both had hair in them. The table had sticky spots. And the outside of the frig was dirty.”

“My friends and I came away very pleased with our no-frills wilderness camping on Rod's property. He has the best view of the Huron Mtns I've seen, with a better perspective on the south faces than Pt Abbaye. They really lit up in the sun with peak color all over. We also loved his sweet dog Max, who quickly pivoted from intimidating bark at strangers to "dare you to try to take my stick" playfulness in seconds.I would go back in a heartbeat, but I did take off 1 star for listing accuracy only……

“The room was clean and had all the things we needed for passing through. It was great that it was pet friendly so our two fur babies could travel with us. Staff replied to our questions. Might stop on our way to are cabin in the summer!”
