“Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. ”

“Terrible - they have overbooked and we were turned away late at night. However the reception staff were helpful although the alternative they found us was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and they did not pay the taxi fare which they said they would ”

“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. “Le personnel est au top, disponible, prévenant, aimable. Les repas sont bien. L'hôtel à 50 ans mais demeure très agréable, il est très bien entretenu, sa déco pleine de charme. Quand au cadre, c'est mavnifique. Nous espérons qu'il survive à l'écologie. ”

“Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and……
