"Staff makes this property great. It’s in a safe convenient area but not many restaurants nearby. Luckily breakfast is great. Alonso is the best waiter, very polite, attentive and informative. Raquel at the front desk is amazing. She always greeted me by name and was genuinely a very polite and helpful person. She always helped me with any questions I had. Great property with great staff. "Excellent reception staff here. Very friendly and accommodating…I asked for a quiet room and they took care of me. Beds are ultra comfortable , especially after a week of hardcore adventure travel. Great winding down !!!! I have been coming here for 25 years and it’s a great option for San Jose! "

"Very beautiful hotel, with lots of space and very friendly staff. Lots of pools and a swim up bar was awesome. Only downside was no hispanic foods on the hotel menu."
