This hotel was closed for renovations during much of the Covid crisis, and they did a very nice job on the rooms. Most things are new. We have always found the staff to be accommodating, and the rates are a little lower than other hotels in this area.

Pretty property. Decent rooms. Would be nice if they offered some fresh complimentary coffee in the morning! It’s $5 for a small brew cup at front. The rooms were clean but I was woken up before 9am every morning bc the housekeeper staff in the hallway were EXTREMELY loud. All I heard was doors slamming and people talking loudly so I couldn’t sleep. That part was not cool and they should be more aware of the guests in their rooms that way.

This is best Sheraton we stayed everything great, whoever designed hotel courtyard pools garden trees they should use him to do hotels, fix up Sheraton by harbor island airport, TV guide was good work the way tv supposed to, there was refrigerator microwave coffee maker every hotel should have that, no problems shower handles like some hotels, good idea big liquid bottles shampoo body wash hand lotion all hotels should do that, nice wood furniture blinds, plugs work not like some hotels, I don’t like paying parking for hotel but maybe this is convention hotel, good near mall, rug corridor good, nice hotel lobby registration, noise ok sometimes hotels hear doors slam, machine noise, cars starting, kids etc I will recommend hotel, made me think good about Sheraton hotels
