- Accommodation: The studio is a separate unit located on the same property as the main house, which is situated above. It features a private entrance for your privacy.
- Private Garden: Guests have exclusive access to a serene garden area to the east, equipped with a BBQ, fire pit, comfortable loungers, and outdoor dining furniture for your relaxation and enjoyment.
- Parking: One dedicated parking space is provided for your convenience, accessible via the driveway. If your car is larger (Truck, Van, large SUV etc.), feel free to park in the lower portion of the driveway.
- Security: For your safety, security cameras monitor the property’s perimeter. Guests are kindly requested to respect the cameras and refrain from tampering with them. Outdoor areas are not fully private spaces.
- Please note that this unit isn’t accessible for guests with mobility challenges. You’ll need to navigate three steps down to reach the patio and entrance.
- No pets, smoking, events, parties, commercial photography or video recording are permitted.
- Location and Views: The studio is located on a property with a lively street along the driveway to the south. The living space faces north, offering stunning ocean and hill views over gardens and homes on a picturesque hillside.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Verification Process: For your comfort and security, we may require guests to sign an additional agreement and verify their ID prior to check-in.
- Extended Stays: For stays of 30+ days, a background check and signed rental agreement are required. Final reservation confirmation is subject to completion of these steps.
