"We would not stay here again. Paid extra for an ocean view and they have major construction going on so there is no sleeping in or a relaxed start to your day. Big bummer. Didn’t even want to hang out on our balcony. You’re so close to the wading pools for the seals you could smell them. No thanks. Close to bars and restaurants so that was nice. Good staff and cute rooms but our stay wasn’t great"

"when booked this property claims is right on the beach this is not true. I booked specifically a ground floor room did not receive it. Have a $12.00 charge in addition that had to be payed presumably for parking which is advertised as free."

"Central location. Very close to the beach and cove. Also offers great accessibility to multiple dining options. Personnel, although inaccessible for the most part, were polite and helpful when encountered."

"So the pool and hot tub were under construction, but they did offer a transport to another close pool if we wanted. The location was perfect, they staff was super helpful. The restaurant was completely booked and we didn't realize it was reservation only but they offered us carryout. The only complaint I really have is that it was super loud, the walls were like thin or our neighbors were loud! Also the screen on the balcony would get jammed and we hard to open and shut. Otherwise it was a great stay, the staff were super helpful and the views and access to the beach could NOT be beat!"

"Hotel was overrun with a sold-out group, leaving no time or attention for those not in the group. Staff were distracted and burnt out. They were rude. And, it was a mess. Room doors open, laundry and other items piled in the hallways. They should have paid us to stay there. So many better options nearby. Won't stay there again."
