The hotel itself was immaculate, the staff were incredible and the food and activities they put on for the kids was just next level. We spent 10 days there and we did not want to leave. "We had a lovely 6 day stay in July… close to the airport with free parking, several nice pools and excellent food with great variety at buffet! Heated pool didn’t feel very heated but it didn’t affect our overall experience too much. Parking gets busy but there’s free parking on the adjacent street so it wasn’t an issue. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My partner has a nut allergy and Sergio in the main Drago restaurant went above and beyond to assist him with ensuring he could enjoy the full variety of options in the buffet safely - aside from this, his service was also exceptional and we loved seeing his smiley face at mealtimes! "

Fab location bar staff and Alvis around pool fab - love it thanks for wonderful experience. Siam water park near by excellent. Best holiday ever very clean pool - restaurants fab too. 110% "
