There was a gorgeous 2 mile hike through lush forest and lava rock to get to this beauty. It is the most incredible blue I have seen. The water is a freezing 40 degrees and is the headwaters of the McKenzie River. Yes, people were actually jumping in and quickly popping back out.

“Fabulous location if you love outdoor activities - like biking, hiking, fishing, rafting, etc.. right out your door. The pool/hot tub area was very nicely updated and clean - wonderful for our grandkids to enjoy! We had our dog with us and the immediate access to the trails was a hug bonus. This room configuration perfectly met our needs for a 7-night stay, expecially with the extra bathroom. Overall the property was very quiet even with seemingly nearly-full occupancy. We enjoyed it a lot!……
