“I felt unsafe at this property. The room was minimal in amenities with no carpet on the floor, only two bed pillows & broken furniture.”

“The lock on my room would not let me in several times. Lady at the front desk could have cared less. She told me I was doing it wrong. She said manager left and maintenence was not there. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. Finally got on my own but could not go out as planned or take my dog potty for fear I would not get back in. Later that night a maintenence guy changed the battery and miraculously my door lock worked as it should.”

“It is a good place to stay if you want to visit Crater Lake, since the Crater Lake Lodge is so difficult to make the reservation.”
