“It is a good place to stay if you want to visit Crater Lake, since the Crater Lake Lodge is so difficult to make the reservation.”

“Room was clean. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was trying to call the Inn directly. Like so many hotels now it's difficult to get someone on the phone at an actual hotel. I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night……

“Great staff and pet friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The curtains block out most street light which I appreciate a lot.”

“Staff and check in was good. It was a quick stay and didn’t use bathtub or anything but the rest of the room was good. I will stay there again with room rate via Expedia being reasonable. ”

“The room was very clean, the water was hot and the bed was comfy. No issues there. But the wifi didn't connect and as a result you couldn't use the TV--the Hulu logo just say frozen on the screen and the "broadcast TV" image never got as far as actually loading the channels. I also couldn't get 5G on my phone from inside my room--it was sort of an internet dead zone. No TV isn't really that awful I guess, but it would have been nice. The walls were pretty thin as well so I heard every snore and……
