“I recently stayed at Motel 6 in Redmond, Oregon, and my experience was just okay. The check-in process got things off to a rough start. The front desk employee answered the phone while checking me in, which I completely understand, but she was not very pleasant. She spoke to the caller in a very rude tone, and after hanging up she made a snippy comment telling them to “just check the bottom of the receipt.” It wasn’t directed at me, but it definitely wasn’t a great first impression.
