"Excellent stay! The hotel was decorated elegantly for the holidays and I was offered a room upgrade due to an issue with the kiosk saying the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm which is check in time. The Rusk rooms were very accommodating and spacious. I especially enjoyed the view of Daikin Park. It was a lovely stay!"

We weren’t there long enough to use the voucher so we didn’t want to pay, but it’s not optional, just a classy money grab gimmick for such a fancy hotel.. The hotel itself and staff and location are wonderful."
