“My family and I walked in after an arduous day of travel, the warm welcome we received erased all the horrible events that occurred during our travel day. The service and the staff provided superior service, exceptional!!!! I have already recommended this stay to friends and we will definitely will be returning. They made our stay at the Clonmel Castle feel like home away from home. Breakfast was our favorite meal, fresh, all natural and little to no preservatives. TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!”

“Room floor dirty and exterior air intake extremely noisy inside of room requiring ear plugs to get any sleep. On day 3 of our stay, had to ask for room to be cleaned and made up however left no hand soap which we were out of, didn’t replace bathroom tissue or Kleenex which we were out of, and didn’t make beds up. Front desk staff had poor understanding of English language.”
