"The GrandView was lovely! We were in a cottage that was clean and comfortable. The pool was good sized and well maintained. The view from the property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee was spectacular!"

"We were in the area for a concert. It was our first time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were attentive to our needs. Checking in was very easy, the hallways and room were very clean. Our grandchildren used the hotel's pool which was well kept up. Strongly recommend this hotel as a location to enjoy the surrounding lakes and Laconia."

"Everyone here was so friendly! The view of the lake was gorgeous and we spent every night sitting out in the Adirondacks left for visitors to use on the dock. Janet was incredibly helpful and kind and the hotel was very clean and comfortable (it even had great AC)! Only 10 minutes from Weirs Beach and close to an ice cream shop and a beach bar. Also nearby the Laconia Rail Bikes, which are definitely worth the trip. Stay here it's great!!! :)"

"My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay at Linda's rental in Weirs Beach! It is perfectly located, within walking distance from Weirs Beach and nearby activities. The setup of the rental fit the 6 of us comfortably, and we had everything we needed to cook meals for the group. We loved spending time out on the deck and at the private beach. Linda was welcoming, kind, and very helpful with showing us everything and responding to any questions I had. Without a doubt, we would book here again!"

"It is an older property which is kept very clean & well maintained. The gardens & the view of the lake are beautiful. There is a walk-along porch along front of building with a table & chairs for each room. A nice place to sit & relax & enjoy the view. The location is minutes to NH Pavillion & Weir’s Beach. I would stay here again."
