Complete with wide plank hardwood floors, stone countertops, custom lighting, upstairs and downstairs living rooms, this ideal getaway is tastefully appointed with designer furniture and art pieces. Come explore the overgrown back roads and rocky coves of South Laguna Beach, making this gorgeous, modern beach cottage your home base.

The kitchen, one bedroom, and one living room are upstairs. Downstairs holds the second bedroom, wet bar (which contains an under-counter microwave, wine refrigerator and sink) and second living room. This second living room can be converted into a third bedroom by drawing the built in curtain and extending the sofa bed. The garden has fruit trees and a vegetable planter box with sunny lawn and deck. The downstairs living area opens up on to the garden, perfect for remote working on the high speed internet.

Within walking distance to Table Rock Beach and West Street Beach, and within a short drive or ride on the free Coast Highway Trolley to Aliso Beach, Treasure Island Beach, Victoria Beach, and all the shopping, restaurants, and beach-side attractions for which Laguna Beach is world famous.
