"The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again."

"Great location. Excellent communication. They fixed a hot water issue right away. Unfortunately, there is a smell in the house. A dehumidifier should be run consistently. The fire alarm in the master bedroom went off in the middle of the night and had to be taken down in order to quit. The battery needs changing. House was as advertised."
