“Property was nice. Rooms were clean and had lots of room. Staff left a lot to be desired. The man that checked us in, insulted my husband and made us feel like we were the biggest inconvenience. ”

“Charged a $35 a day “resort fee” and $12 a day parking fee even though the parking lot looks like trash. The pillows are soggy , entire room was humid - the building is very old , elevators are old. Pool is the better of it all , good music , food is ok at the Landshark, light, expensive drinks. Pool chairs are disgusting and not enough for so many people . No one is picking up empty drinks , cans and trash. This place needs a major upgrade to meet the price tag. Not enough bartenders , expect……

“First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter”
