We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until the time we left! The entire hotel is sparkling clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our request and needs. Breakfast and fresh juice in the morning was a plus! My only con would be location for me. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. The queen room was enough for my husband and I. If you have kids I would recommend the bigger rooms. The room key works with all the electricity in the room so if the key is not in the holder A/C , electricity sockets and light do not work. SOMETHING IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE IS. Everyday ! We loved the room, accessibility, and amenities. We had a couple of drinks and food at the bar and really enjoyed the flavors. The hotel’s lobby is nice and elegant. Staff is courteous, friendly, fast, and accommodating -we requested a bath chair for my daughter with special needs and it arrived very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Could not rate the property’s surrounding areas because we did not go out.
