“This cottage was absolutey perfect! It was quaint and cozy and had everything we needed! We were so close to the beach and boardwalk that we parked our car on arrival, and never moved it until we checked out. We walked everywhere because it was so convenient. The owners were fabulous, friendly, and made sure we were good. Should we go to seaside again, this is where we will stay. ”

“Newly renovated property just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our contact, Erick, was responsive and friendly. The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!”

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

“The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!”
