The front desk area was small and cramped, with no wet weather provisions and not particularly welcoming. It was not in keeping with the accommodation which was excellent and had marvellous views of the lake.

I stay at this hotel about seven times a year. In a nice quiet area and in walking distance to the shopping mall where there is a New World grocery store and Harvey Norman. (8 minute walk) A few cafés and miscellaneous stores.(beauty salon, etc)
Bus runs all day long till late evening to take you on the 7 mile journey up to City Centre Queenstown.
