The hotel is beautiful the design, the grounds, and the overall vibe are truly impressive, and the location is great. However, the service was disappointing. Staff often seemed disorganized or uninterested, and response times were slow for even basic requests. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better customer service. It’s a lovely property, but the poor service took away from the overall experience.

I did not have sufficient time to view the property, therefore I'm unable to comment. However, the food was great at the Atlantic Restaurant. The only thing the chef that prepares the Mexican omelette needs to be a little careful when cracking the eggs because I bit egg shell.
