Kitchen was large and stocked with everything you would need and more. Lots of games and the pool table,ping pong table and foosball, was Soo fun. The owner Joyce was very good at communicating when we had any questions. We made some wonderful family memories. Would definitely stay again."

"The home was just as described on VRBO. The home is adorable and cozy. We were six adults and we had plenty of space to prepare meals and sit and chat. The yard is perfect and the hot tub is a plus. The Spring Run trail is in walking distance to the house and you can use the trail to walk into town, albeit it is a long walk. Lindsay, the Property Manager was very responsive. A wonderful home to rent while exploring Saratoga Springs."

"This townhouse is really conveniently located to lots of things. I used it for the Scholastic Regatta Race that takes place at Lee's campground/Fish Creek. It was a 2 minute walk, fantastic!! Saratoga Springs is a beautiful area and this is a great location to call home for a few days."

"The first impression was that I LOVED the location. So close to the village but far enough from foot traffic. Quiet, dead end street, tucked in from the road, and a 30 second hop to the Northway. Super convenient! Everything inside looked new and clean, very thoughtfully laid out. We went with two other adults and we were not tripping over each other. "Great house fully stocked. We used all the bedrooms and the beds were super comfy. My only suggestion is maybe a dehumidifier for the basement, it smelt a little musty down there, for the ones who had to sleep there. Other than that the house was great!"

There were lots of bedrooms for all the adults and kids and two large family rooms for relaxing space for everyone. Each night we enjoyed cocktails in the enclosed porch while the kids fell asleep. We were worried that the house would be hot in the summer but the owners provided many AC units and fans which kept the home...

"My sisters and I stayed here as a base spot to head further up north to view the eclipse. This was an awsome little place! It was clean, not drafty and warm. The owner and staff were easily accessable when we had a question. Really enjoyed this place....it was reminiscent of our long since sold childhood Adirondack cottage! Would absolutely stay here again!"
