“When we checked in went to our room I put some drinks in the mini fridge 2 hrs later still not cold so refrigerator wasn't working spoke to manager on site she swaped it out with another the freezer part of mini fridge was full of frozen ice her solution was ill give you extra towels in case it melts and leaks on floor,smh! The bathroom was so dirty toilet seat looked like it was never changed out tub looked dirty and never washed the outside area was not cleaned daily! Our door to our room……

“Well upon arrival was almost charged way over what was quoted. Beach tags not available when it says they are. No ice machine! Room had a slight smell and AIR CONDITIONER not working right. Also you have to go to another office to check in Sea Gem office not open and no one available at that property. But I will say that it is very close to beach and all in all had a wonderful time with my granddaughters. Would choose again now that I know the right way to do things at this property. Enjoy your……

“Everything was clean and freshly painted. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The location a block from the middle of the boardwalk was ideal.”

“Employees are welcoming! Muhammad I believe property manager was tentative to all families coming in and leaving. Every day was greeted by the staff and making sure we had the things we needed in our room. When it came to cleanliness the only complaint would be the shower bottom corners and around certain areas mold buildup luckily I brought my own disinfectant spray and I cleaned down the bathroom. It wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best. You can tell they clean it smelt really good our……

“DO NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. Multiple rooms were around us were rented by drug users and you could hear the activity. They also linger around the building. Upon arrival there was a person slouched over, needle in arm. Went inside and was met by a rude staff member behind the desk. Check-in was difficult due to a bit of a language barrier. He couldn't understand anything I was saying and had a harsh tone when asking for the security deposit and my ID. Our room……
