"The Belmar Bungalow" is a charming over 100 years old Historic Home nestled in the heart of the Downtown Lakeland Historic District. The bungalow features stylishly designed bedrooms that have been fully remodeled to offer modern comforts while retaining the character of the original architecture. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, it's perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience Lakeland in a comfortable and homely setting. Walking distance to Lake Hollingsworth! Pet Friendly with a fenced in back yard!

The centerpiece of the modern themed bedroom is a lavish, queen sized bed adorned with crisp linens that promise a restful night's sleep. It has a large closet with extra pillows and blankets, along with storage space for extended stays. It has black-out curtains, which make it great for sleeping in. The night tables are complete with charging stations for convenient charging for your devices.

Cute quaint House
We were in town for my son’s wedding and my other son and family from Tenn stayed with is, we even had our granddoggie with us in a fenced yard, Host Brittany was easy to connect with and was able to provide and early check in so we could get ready for rehearsel. It was nice for us all to be together in a lovely home that was equipped with all our needs!

This was a charming home in a nice area that is convenient to many amenities. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. The house was very comfortable, had nice extras like coffee, and was child friendly. We highly recommend a stay at this delightful home.
