“Terrible experience. I was unable to get into the gate. The code I was given to enter did not work. I contacted the manager. He tried to help, but was unable to contact the host for a resolution. I was told to wait until someone was entering the gate and follow them in. That worked when someone was coming in at the same time, but there were times I was sitting outside the gate waiting for someone to come by so I could enter. It was very frustrating and took up a ton of time. It also made me feel……

“False advertisement. The owner changed check in and check out time after reserved. I contacted her twice to get check in info and so did vrbo before she finally gave us check in info 1 hour after we were suppose to check in. We talked to our neighbors who were renting from same person and they had even more problems then us. Will never stay with her again. The resort is nice just not her rentals. The listing states continental breakfast which they disconnected 4 years ago but never updated……

“This was a clean and beautiful place to stay and close to so many places to eat and fun things to do. It was pretty busy and there was a line to get into the gated community, but the property manager was really responsive and helped get everyone a parking pass. I will recommend staying here again. ”
