“It's not a luxury hotel, the TV was small there's no free breakfast, but I stayed there a few times and it is always clean bathrooms are clean the rooms are clean the staff is friendly and the prices inexpensive and doesn't change a whole lot when school is in session and the other hotels double their prices. It's a no frills place but if you need a place to stay it's good”

“What a great space! We had a family get together for my mom’s 80th birthday and this was a perfect location for it! We had envisioned sitting outside by the lake, playing some cornhole, fishing off the dock and letting the kids run around and tire themselves out. Unfortunately it rained all day. Fortunately there was ample space inside for everyone to gather and enjoy each others company. The fam room in the garage was wonderful. And everybody had a great time. I highly recommend the place! “We were at the Avon Inn for a very brief overnight stay, motivated by history behind the institution. As the sole remaining hotel from Avon's history as a destination for its springs, it is still the center of a lovely small town. Service was friendly and efficient and we would have been glad to spend another day or two there.”
