"Clean, easy, great staff, feels safe, free shuttle to and from the airport, comfortable bed, great morning breakfast starting at 3:30 am, and the price is lower than other nearby hotels. I’ve stayed in a few around here and this is now the only one I will always stay at."

"I'm disabled and when I called to see if elevators would be accessible, I was told "yes". Upon arrival we found the elevator to be down for maintenance our whole time there and their pool was also down, which I had checked on in advance as well. This made our medical trip extremely taxing trying to get medical equipment up 3 flights of stairs. We weren't offered any other accommodations or services, just apologies."

"It’s got a weird glass partition on the tub at the faucet end by the toilet. It doesn’t move. You can’t turn on the water and warm it up with getting in the tub first. Unless you’re really tall and/or agile. You can’t wash your child’s hair because you have no control over the rinsing all the soap out and not getting it in their eyes. I couldn’t lift my legs high enough to get in. With no access of anything to hold onto to steady myself to grab a leg and lift it into the shallow tub. I heard a big woman complain about the shower. Said she couldn’t get her size into it. Said she wanted her money back because the shower setup made it unusable for her. I’m sure that’s true for many people who don’t really need an assessable room. Just better access. I thought about getting my money back and going to the Baymont Hotel nearby. But I wasn’t there too long. Just 4 days. I thought I can survive until the next place. Which happened to be home."
