"I stay here every time I am I in Columbus. They have always accommodated me with requests. Check in was quick and the staff was nice. Room is clean and beds comfortable. Places to eat within walking distance. Places to shop across the street."

"We loved the hotel/brewery/pub combination after a long day of driving. There was a long walk with luggage to get to the hotel which was a challenge with a recently injured knee. The biggest negative was the young man checking us in. He had no personality; offered one word answers to questions and didn’t tell us about any of there special amenities. He didn’t improve with every interaction all evening. The rest of the staff at the restaurant and brewery were great. The morning staff were great as well and breakfast was a nice amenity but had been in the warmers too long. The only problem in the room was. Shower head that needed to be tightened and was spraying into the bathroom. We just wrapped a hand towel around it. The shower floor was extremely slick when wet and no bath mat so taking advantage of the beer fridge next to the shower would have been a hazardous choice. Overall, would stay there again and hope some of these issues will be resolved."
