"My husband and I had the house all to ourselves as we enjoyed our first trip away after having our son almost two years ago. Everything about this villa was amazing! It was our first time to Curacao and the island (and it's locals) was very welcoming. A few tips that a fellow newcomer might find helpful... 1. The villa is about a 40 minute drive from the capital of Willemstad - if you don't plan to do a ton of shopping or eat out every night. The drive isn't bad at all! 2. Our favorite beaches were Cas Abao (20 minute drive from villa), Porto Mari (15 minute drive from villa), and Dabadooi (8 minute drive from villa). 3. Rent a car! 4. A couple of items you may want to pack because the villa doesn't have them: washcloths/loofas, big beach cups like a Stanley or Yeti, lemon squeezer. 5. For groceries, make the trip into Willemstad for the Centrum Market....it's far better than the ones closer to the villa. Do this for your big haul if you're staying for 4+ days. 6. Download an app that can translate dutch manuals. A lot of the appliances were difficult to use because they were European and the manuals weren't in English. 7. My only tip for the villa owners is to provide better directions for the ride from the airport. What should've been a 20 minute drive turned into an hour. Getting to the "neighborhood" was easy, but finding the villa was really difficult without a map of the property."

"I liked the professionalism, the greetings and the welcoming of the staff. The resort was nice and off the resort was great. The 3Bd 3ba villa with private pool was spectacular. My husband enjoyed his birthday vacation. The island ourself is amazing! I do recommend staying here and I will be back. The only dislike was we had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours to check in after the 3:00pm check in time. "
