“This suite was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in away from home. It was very quiet. Location was great. Lots of trees and in the woods feeling. Loved the wood decor and accents. Kitchen was well stocked and had a full size coffee maker, small stovetop, and nice size fridge. Parking was a bit confusing for room #10 because there are no parking spots in front of the room and it's contactless check in with no front desk. Hosts were fairly responsive via text,……

“It was reasonably priced, acceptable condition and downtown. I'm Coure d'elene that's tough to find.”

“Lovely property and host. So many added details that were so thoughtful and made our stay very special. The rooms are charming..property is beautiful and we enjoyed just sitting on the porch. Hope to return and enjoy the restaurant next time.”

“Very rundown property. The ac unit was ancient, it had buttons and dials from the 80s no reference to the temperature Paint smeared on the old rubber baseboard. Paint drips on the bathroom tile floor. Dirty comforter on the bed. (Dirt smudges) On a good note, the carpet was new, and there was a dumpster in the parking lot full of old beds and carpet. So hopefully there is an update in full swing.”

“Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.”

“Worked perfect for a cheap spot to hit the road early in the morning. Close to gas stations and fast food!”

“I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it.”

“The only positive thing about our stay was the staff. In addition to cleanliness issues with our room (one bed unchanged, dirty nightstand with sticky residue all over it, and bathroom had odor and dirty floor with hair and other residue) it is under active construction. The kicker was being awoken at 7am by the sound of hammers on my headboard and power tools underneath my room that were so loud my kids in the room next door could also hear them. All I needed was a clean bed and a good……

“Mother and daughter at the front desk are a great team. saw my cane and got me a first floor room without asking or saying anything about it. Would be nice to have housekeeping give us towels and make up the beds.”

“The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. “This was the perfect place to stay with a family. My grandkids loved the variety of delicious foods for breakfast and the pool was fun and hot tub relaxing. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“It was a nice stay, close to activities in the area. Took the water cruise and ate at the Dockside restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel was great as well as all the staff.”

“I am extremely disappointed in the state of our room when we paid $360 for one night. As we entered the room we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. We were pet free. Then my husband takes his shoes off and his socks are covered with dog hair from the carpet. To top it off, the AC did not work and there was mold covering the ceiling in the shower. Extremely disappointed for what we paid.”
