"Charged a extra charge on our card for no reason that was difficult to track them down to take off. Staff friendly but not bright. Place old and a poor value for the price."

"The room was clean and nice, but some, though not all, of the staff were unfriendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible. The first time I went, there was no waffle mix or fruit. The second day, I had to wait to get waffles because there was only one machine and the hotel had many guests, so I went out to buy some. It was a bad experience."

It was never left in the room. Completely empty conditioner bottle Missed trash and towel service when that was all I asked them to do the entire stay. Heating system malfunction Could not put heat on it goes to 74 despite set at 70 / Tried multiple ways Air did work but a few nights it was in the 40 degrees temperature range. Staff was nice. This is not the front Desks error. They were Overwhelmed. I felt sorry for them. The establishment should have compensated guests knowing this is how this part of the renovations was going to be.. Hotel entry was a hot mess."
