No breakfast even though it was advertised . Room not clean and stank of smoke although it was a no smoking room. Coffee pot filthy. No hairdryer either. No one at reception when we arrived, the guy at the desk said she was in the laundy and we would have to wait. 15 minutes before she turned up. ...
