“This is my second time and last time staying here. Simple things make the difference. Two tv’s and one remote. Why? Shouldn’t have to share remotes between rooms. Also, climate control for the room is controlled by the computer at the reception desk. Again, why? Each room has its own climate control remote on the wall of each room. Power is on and shows all symbols and changes, but doesn’t work. You have to call the front desk for them to control it from their computer. This is……

“The room was serviced daily, and the bed linens were refreshed. The staff consistently provided excellent assistance. While the breakfast selection was modest, it was sufficient. Although the parking facilities were not utilized, a dedicated car park was available for hotel guests.”

The room reserved through expedia was not the room described. The room was very small, too small for 2 adults, no area for luggage, and an A/C system that turns off everytime the patio door is opened. The curtain rod was tied to the open clothes rack because it was pulled off the wall, dust webs in the corner of the room from not……
