Great team of staff. I requested to check in early and front desk staff were so sweet and allowed me to have my room 3 hours before 3pm. Amazing hotel. Nice breakfast. It was not fancy but the quality was exellent. Super close to the Met train station. All and all. I was very pleased.

I stayed for 3 weeks and it was the perfect place for my trip - very clean, modern, safe, and the gym was great too. It had all the basics you need. I loved the balcony and since I was on a high floor, the view over Chicago was amazing! The staff at the front desk were always friendly too, special mention to Joy who made me feel safe and welcomed as I got back from work during late hours. It was in the perfect location walking distance to everything. My only negative points are that there's no full length mirror in the room and there was quite a big gap under the door so it's not very sound proof from the hallway (it wasn't often noisy in the hall though). Overall I loved my stay and I'd love to live in the building if I could!
