Room was clean and very comfortable, staff very attentive. Breakfast for an affordable price. Walking distance places to have a wine or eat. Really convenient location close to the airport but at the sane time a very quiet place. Recommended.

We wanted to stay close to the airport but have access to Bordeaux. The tram is a few minutes walk away, and it is 1 tram all the way into the city. Very easy! The hotel staff were helpful and spoke excellent English if your French is not very good.

Probably the best place we’ve ever stayed! It feels like something out of a fairytale. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff is always extremely friendly and ready to assist with anything you may need. If this resort had a full service restaurant it would be the greatest place EVER! Even without it they do have a really good breakfast and some great snack options like cheeses and bread. The pool is lovely and the ambience is just out of this world!

The hotel is new, pretty basic but was all that I needed. Is very clean, has a beautiful view of a small lake and a nice terrace. The kitchenette is very useful for having coffee or a small snack. Something unusual look for the silverware on a drawer under the tv., the staff at the reception was very nice this guy Anthony was very helpful and also speaks very well Spanish, I stayed 2 nights and they don't do the cleaning of the room just when you get there, for two nights that was ok with me....

The actual building and rooms are much nicer than the pics. Room was a bit on the smaller side with no closets for clothes or a tea kettle (but you can get one from the front desk) but very clean and comfy beds. The view from my room on 8th floor was decent. Breakfast is pretty good except for the coffee which was spoilt by the powdered milk in the machine- get a double expresso and add fresh milk (they even have soy milk and almond milk). Front desk was very helpful. Great value. Oh and there...

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. It started with amazing and friendly stafff at check-in, during the stay and checking out. We had to leave super early to the train station so they had us check out the night before to save time and helped us reserve a taxi to the train station. When we were leaving, they had the coffee in to-go cup ready for us too! So nice of him to do that. We have been to many places and the staff at this hotel by far is one of the best. Modern, clean hotel, spacious room, parking adjacent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good Italian restaurant in the hotel and great food hall with many choices next door. Across the street from the Cite du Vin which is an excellent wine museum. There are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. It is a short tram ride (10 minutes) to central Bordeaux, and only a 22 minute drive to the airport.
