"The location was fantastic. The property was located right off the train station. The access to the apartment key was easy, and we were greeted by the rental company where we were escorted to the apartment. There were a a lot of stairs however, to get the view from our balcony was well worth it . "

"The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "

"We loved our stay here - the place is simple and clean without frills luxury travellers might want but it was perfect for us. We were able to cook in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable, and the windows were new and worked well. Everything was excellent, but the view is the star of the show. The place feels very private. The path to the water is outside the front door and the town was stunning."

"Roberto and Marina's apartment is perfectly located in the central part of Levanto, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, train station and ferry boats to Cinque Terre. The place is very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. They were extremely helpful with local information and tips on things to do. The town is a true hidden jewel on the ligurian coast. Loved it!"

"we made a quick trip to cinque terre last november and knew we had to come back to do more exploring. christina’s apartment was absolutely perfect. nicely appointed. comfortable bed and great shower. the view and location are out of this world. and the laundry was key. it is a harrowing, one way, golf cart size path into town. the parking is nice, but if you get queezy on narrow windy roads it might be better to leave the car in la spezia and take the train in. also vernazza is a pretty raucaous...

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Vernazza is a great city and swimming off the rocks and off the breakwater were a favorite afternoon activity. The apartment offered a quiet spot to escape to when Vernazza got busy. We sat up on the deck morning, afternoon, and night. So nice to have that private outdoor space. We also found it very handy to have the washing machine and clothes line for laundry and daily drying of beach towels (bring your own) and swimsuits. Note: this is an upper level apartment unit. "The view from this hillside retreat was amazing! Waking up in the morning to the birds singing through the windows was a perfect start to the day before heading out to busier areas. The town of Lerici and castle were fun to explore and a short train ride to explore the sites of the Cinque Terre. AnnaMaria was very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the house and showing us around. It is a country home so don’t expect the amenities of a hotel resort, but if a quiet time in the country is what...

"The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. "
