“The house was clean and generally as described, and we appreciated the overall stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Linens and towels: There were not enough bed sheets and towels for the number of guests. It seemed that the guests sleeping on the couch may have been overlooked when preparing the linens. 2. Kitchen supplies: The kitchenware was quite old, and some of the pots and pans were noticeably scratched. Replacing them with a newer set, along with providing……

“We had no issues whatsoever. The instructions from the host were crystal clear to the extent that we never needed to contact them at all. The description of the place on VRBO from the host is spot on. The place was super clean and very conveniently located, close to everything, outlet shopping, the Falls, grocery shopping, other state parks, etc. the street is really quiet, we absolutely loved the quiet nights. I really do not know how it could get better!”

“Have to rank as just okay given the as advertised elements were met and we did enjoy the proximity to the sites. However, it is part of a row of houses that are abandoned and in disrepair making it very unappealing from the exterior (no offense intended for permanent residents on the block). There is no light alongside the house leading to the back to the uneven wood steps at the entrance. We had daily feral cats visiting our porch. There were no table lights just glaring ceiling lights and……

“We had a great time staying at this property recently. The home was inviting and cozy with lots of space for our family. You’re very close to the falls at this location which is great as well. My only complaint is that Niagara Falls on the New York side is less than desirable. That’s not the host’s fault, though. It’s the state of New York. They’ve chosen to let the area become what it is today. There isn’t much around to do other than the falls so it’s a great location for that. But we had to……
