"Poorly maintained rooms. Not worth the price at all. Rooms smelt so strong of stale water when using the air-conditioning it made it difficult to sleep. Lumpy and worn carpets. Expect better"

"Had to make an unexpected stop in Lexington and was traveling with my dog. This place was an amazing find. Parking was convenient and was able to score a ground floor room for better exterior access for my dog. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. Before checkout we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was great. Overall for our 1 night, this hotel surpassed all of our expectations. A definitely pleasant surprise!"

"The check in was chaotic and the check-in person wasn’t friendly or welcoming. She was blunt and to the point. There was no one to greet us or welcome us into the hotel or guide us or ask us if we needed anything. I had to keep asking questions. I had to ask a staff twice if they would bring cups to the room because they didn’t place any in there. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door does not have a lock. The a/c made noises all night long and it wasn’t that cool even when I turned the temperature down to 68 degrees. The indoor pool and hot tub needed to be inspected so we couldn’t get in and use that. We did use the ones outside and they were in good condition. I liked the areas for socializing and fire pits. I also liked there were bibles in the drawer because I didn’t bring mine with me. What I would recommend is that the customer service people be more friendly and welcoming. "
