Just outside of Boston lies the gorgeous bedroom community of Lexington. Peaceful, tree-lined neighborhoods nestled amid parks and playgrounds offer a respite from busy urban life. Journeying into the city is easy, however; in just a 30 minute drive, you can enjoy all that Boston has to offer. Nearby attractions include the Harvard Museum of Natural History, the Boston Museum of Science, historic Fenway Park, and the Museum of Fine Arts. During your stay in this lovely Colonial-style home, you'll delight in its airy, stylish design, spacious updated kitchen, bright sunroom, and beautifully-landscaped yard and patio area. 

THINGS TO KNOW

• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.

• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
