Lexington Vacations from $638

Long blonde hair covered the area. The coffee machine did not work. TV did not work. When I checked in, the lady who helped me was rude and very unpleasant. I really hope to get my money back for this stay.

The staff was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The room was clean. The price was overly expensive. The breakfast left much to be desired. The room is had was huge. However there was zero storage, a closet The size of a breadbox, and a small bathroom. The pull out couch was stained and we couldn't use it. 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners were left total for a week stay for 4 people. Fortunately i had my own. Housekeeping did not stop by and we had to track down fresh towels half way through stay. We also had to request trash pick up and no extra garbage bags were provided. There was rain damage to the ceilings, there were foundation settling cracks on walls, the hot tub was down and no guests were notified who had already booked ( this is why I got this room at this hotel) that it had gone down. The pool was colder than the room it was in or the temp outside.

No free breakfast and the shower pressure was minimal. I understand the cost of water is high for the area.
