“We were booked to stay for 3 days the staff were polite and friendly but our experience wasn't great to be honest the place looks tired and rundown they shut the bar early the 1st night we arrived due to lack of customers we were told ....we also had no idea it was being used for accommodating people who looked like asylum seekers ...there were possessions stacked outside the stairs to our accomodation and people loading vans for most of the time we stayed including in the middle of the night……

“The room was lovely and so was the hot tub. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room for cooling drinks. Garden Rooms need a bit of an overhaul, just seemed a bit dated, but still had a lovely stay and the staff were really friendly.”

“It’s a steal location for nature lovers, tree huggers and general lovers of good service. The rooms are excellently laid out and have a super selection of drinks, hot chocolate, tea,coffees. The Bathrooms look and feel modern and have a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Very hard to find fault with this venue as Lucy and all the staff without exception go out of their way to please and accommodate your stay without being intrusive or overbearing. The only thing I say was I thought the price of £25 per night was a bit steep. Always paid extra for dogs at hotels but never this much. Even the big hotels in the area only charge £20 per night. ?”

“My daughter and I decided to have a few nights away and as we had the sun on our side for the week we decided to stay in the UK. We came across this hotel and although expensive we decided we weren't paying for flights and booked two nights. How very special from the moment we arrived and had our car parked for us. Lovely Zara and Eugania helped with our check in and showed us around the hotel, outdoor pool and spa. What a wow factor when we were shown to our Croquet room, all air conditioned,……

“The room is fine, although the tv didn't work but we never remembered to tell the staff. breakfast was a disappointment as although the room suggests an orderable, made to order menu, it was buffet style each morning. still it was the best option in the area so would book again.”
