“We had a very comfortable stay. The property was clean, private, and tucked away enough to feel secluded while still being convenient and easy to access. The peaceful farm setting added a unique charm, and there were thoughtful amenities throughout. Communication was great, the hosts were responsive and attentive whenever questions came up. A relaxing, comfortable spot and a great stay overall!”

We did not receive any check-in information before arrival, not even the master lock code or instructions on how to access the cabin key. After arriving, we had to spend a long time trying to reach the manager just to get access to the property, and communication was very difficult.During our stay, there was also a power outage because a transformer “popped,” which affected both……

“We had a wonderful stay at River View Ranch Retreat and would happily return. One of the highlights was how pet friendly the property is. Our pup was welcomed and had plenty of space to explore, walk, and enjoy the beautiful setting located on an inlet leading to Lake Granbury.The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere with stunning river views & well maintained grounds. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the dock, taking in the scenery & watching the wildlife.The location felt secluded and relaxing……

“We did a Booktok getaway with 4 girls and this was the best!! Easy process the whole time and Zelda was very responsive. They did an amazing job with the renovations. Kitchen was fully stocked! They even had reusable coffee pods since we brought our own coffee and didn’t know it was keurig. :)”

“The parking situation is a little confusing, but I was very pleased with the cabin. It is exactly what you see in photos and it is great for a simple stay. The queen size bed was very comfortable, the shower has lots of room, and the AC works great. The internet for the TV was a little spotty, but I had cell service so I was able to use a Hotspot. I would stay here again!”
